One of the things my husband keeps saying he wants is a different bed and I found one I'm SO.IN.LOVE with at World Market. Because I'm all things girly and he is more earth tone natural country-ish, its something that I tend to try to meet in the middle on. As soon as I found the bed I got sucked into their website and decided I needed a look for the entire room.
You know when you are flipping through magazines and you get all this inspiration? Well I created my own little bedroom collage (above) and as I was browsing through their website to find the next amazing thing I needed I came across their Inspiration & Solutions area - ohemgee! Its full of pretty pictures (which I swear I pinned practically all of them) and it gives you tons of ideas for things that are practical to your own lifestyle. Although we aren't lucky enough to have a store locally in our town, we decided to make a day of it just 2 hours away and grab the bed and some lunch soon... I will keep you updated on the design process!
Ohhhh thats not all! So I went over to World Markets Facebook page and had to share this with you! They are having this UH-MAZING sweepstakes (I think its amazing because it involved food!) that you need to go and enter!
The Grand Prize package includes the following:
There will also be 3 runner up prize winners, who will each receive a $500 World Market gift card! The Gourmet Getaway Sweepstakes runs from August 18, 2012 until September 21, 2012. So what do you think of the style I chose?
Have you recently made-over a room and have any tips?
This is really cute! I love that the bed is more country (like him) and then you added in some subtle girly touches. This is really really cute, you could probably add in some pops of color with other pillow or even curtains??
ReplyDeleteLove it! They really have such cute stuff. I haven't been to World Market in about 100 years....I should fix that.
ReplyDeleteLove the room you've designed, really simple and effective, the colours work really well together.
