making over my bedroom!

We moved into our current home in March and I still have unpacked boxes in our guest room.  That just goes to show you that I've obviously neglected my decorating duties (wife fail).  A few weeks ago I moved around our bedroom furniture and I love how it feels in there, however we are still missing an overall look.

One of the things my husband keeps saying he wants is a different bed and I found one I'm SO.IN.LOVE with at World Market.  Because I'm all things girly and he is more earth tone natural country-ish, its something that I tend to try to meet in the middle on.  As soon as I found the bed I got sucked into their website and decided I needed a look for the entire room.

You know when you are flipping through magazines and you get all this inspiration?  Well I created my own little bedroom collage (above) and as I was browsing through their website to find the next amazing thing I needed I came across their Inspiration & Solutions area - ohemgee!  Its full of pretty pictures (which I swear I pinned practically all of them) and it gives you tons of ideas for things that are practical to your own lifestyle.  Although we aren't lucky enough to have a store locally in our town, we decided to make a day of it just 2 hours away and grab the bed and some lunch soon... I will keep you updated on the design process!
