ABBY TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT YOURSELF (life, blog, etc)

I met my husband going to college at SUU in Southern Utah.  The best four years of my life!  Before hair came along, I was and am a vocalist/performer.  I love the performing arts and recording music.  I've been married four years, we have the cutest little boy named Boston who is 18 months and I'm four months pregnant with a little girl!  Our lives are in limbo while Brian applies to MBA programs through the US.  So who knows where we will be next year!  My favorite thing in the world is Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Orea Shakes from Hogi Yogi- they have those awesome straws!  I am LDS and a firm believer of my faith.  It has changed my life and the way I see things.  My blog started as a hobby, as I needed some creative outlet while staying home with my boy!  It's grown so much over the last few months and has definitely kept me busy!  I love my followers and their encouragement.  It's been fun to share something with the world that I feel helps people feel better about themselves!!

HOW DO YOU STAY INSPIRED WHEN IN A CREATIVE RUT?

When I need inspiration I head on over to Pinterest.  It's my happy place!

WHAT WAS THE HARDEST PART ABOUT MAKING THIS EBOOK?

The hardest part about making this ebook was finding time to take all the pictures and figuring out how to format the sucker!  Coming up with the styles was easy peasy compared to the rest of it!

DO YOU HAVE ANY PLANS FOR FUTURE BOOKS, 

OR WHAT ARE SOME NEW PLANS OF YOURS?

My plans for future... well, I wanna have this baby already!  I'm going to concentrate on my little boy and short time we have left with him as our only child!  In the future I plan on doing a little girl hairstyle book.  Oh I'm so excited for that!  My husband has told me I'm not allowed any more projects for awhile though! ha ha!

HAS DOING THE 30 DAY CHALLENGE CHANGED YOU 

OR YOUR STYLING TECHNIQUES IN ANYWAY?

(NEGATIVE OR POSITIVE) 

The 30's days has forced me to learn to new styles.  I always new I could do hair but I never wanted to scour the Internet for ideas, so I was always sporting that good ole' ponytail!  Now I've learned hairstyles that are so much cuter and take five seconds longer to do!  Something that has changed is I feel pressure to always have my hair done!  I have seen a lot of my followers around town and the days of my hair being slicked back in a ponytail are over!
