HIMH {around my block}

Next week I'm starting a super cool regular feature here on the blog called
'HANG IN MY HOOD'
each post to this series will be from a guest blogger showing off their:
  • neighborhood
  • town
  • city
  • country
  • road trip
  • weekend adventure
  • etc.!

I have some awesome bloggers lined up to participate
and can't wait to share this new feature with you!
If you are a blogger and want to show off your hood,
email me for details on how to guest post over here!
justlovelythings{at}yahoo{dot}com

In the mean time I'm just going to show you my block!

We went for a short walk tonight and I snapped a couple shots.. enjoy!

So we kind of.. sort of.. got a dog this week!
I know super random, its on a trial basis (to see how he does with our kitty charlie)
so basically we are pup foster parents.. this is Arthur!

White picket fences, will always be a dream of mine!

So who wears super long white pj bottoms on a walk,
with flip flops and through some wet neighbors lawn?
yep.

Ok I know this pic is horrible quality, but I had to take it at a fast paced walk all creeper like!
I'm about 99.99% positive that this house will end up on an episode of Hoarders.
Notice two kitties on the front steps? That's two of like 116 of them!

Holy Moly beautiful flowers, can I turn you into some hair pieces??

^ oh that's mi casa! ^
We are currently in the process of buying it from our landlords,
and have so many plans for it.. I can't wait!

This is just my front porch area.. notice the dead flowers?
I have a secret..
if you put colorful pinwheels in with dead flowers, the pinwheels get noticed first!

So there you have it, that was just a small walk around my block
without getting to crazy and taking pictures of all my neighbors homes!

But stay tuned for a proper HANG IN MY HOOD post
and for all the guests bloggers that will show off their spots!

  15. My husband and I "fostered" a boxer named Jack, he was 9 years old at the time. That was two years ago and he's currently laying on my couch with all 4 paws straight up in the air. Dogs are so awesome. Good luck!
