Some of you have requested the fabric tassel (or whatever you would like to call it) tutorial..
I feel almost silly posting it, its sooooooo easy..
you will think so too after seeing it, I promise!
Technically this craft cost me nothing, because it is all stuff I had!
I really hope this does't suck,
I didn't plan on making it a tutorial but I did take a few pics
so that I had a before/after..
so I hope you get the idea =)
:Supplies:
string
(yarn, twine, rope.. whatever!)
scissors
scraps of fabric
all about 1" or so in width and at least 12" in length
seriously I have tons of scraps, just cut something up!
Take your string and cut to a desired length..
I used all of my string because I knew I wanted a lot!
I took a piece of material and laid it under the string..
grab each end of the fabric, with the string laying down in the middle
and tie a knot!
TA DA!
ok.. do it again..
and again, and again.. and again..
POW, BAM, ZOOM!
After all that hard work, you will have a little fabric curtain!
I have one on my front porch and a few in my studio..
It gets rid of some scraps I had but is also a fun craft to do.
adorable! can't wait to create my own, thanks for sharing!

You are a GENIUS. Isn't it funny how sometimes you post a project that seems so easy to you but is just what someone else needs to see to be inspired. You have inspired me today, I am feeling extra crafty now:) Thanks!

I am INSANELY jealous of your craft room! I don't have the space for a craft room just yet. Might have to crave a space out of the basement. But it will not be as AMAZING as yours!!
