do you flea?

Last year I was visiting with my friend Sasha who owns a local store here called Amour Decor,

I have loved vintage furniture and decor for as long as I can remember

 and we were chatting about blogs, magazines, shows and places to shop.

Somehow the launch of Flea Market Style Magazine came up, and since then I have been hooked!

I remember that first issue coming out, 

and knowing that they didn't have exact plans set in stone to issue another one was so sad to me.  

I always browsed the magazine racks in hope they would issue another, 

and my dreams came true earlier this year with the release of their Spring issue.

Now with the release of their Fall/Winter 2011, I'm pretty sure they aren't going anywhere.

Ki & her staff of creatives have accomplished something that is so amazing.

From blogging to magazine publishing, this crew is right in the middle of it all.

They post sneak peeks of 'behind the scenes' footage of what goes into making Flea Market Style, 

and as you can see they have their hands in the making of it every step of the way.

They aren't just pencil pushers assigning the work to others, they do the work themselves.

And for that I respect and envy their jobs so much!

I sent over a little message and without hesitation they offered up an issue (thanks Margo!!)

to give away to one of you lucky loves!! *happy dance*

I picked up the latest copy and can't wait to add it to my little collection of theirs that I already have, 

and I'm hoping to use it as some inspiration in re-decorating the studio
 along with coming up with a cute booth at The Queen Bee Market
that I will be vending at in November!
